4:30 – 5:45 p.m. Gather at Eddie Ate Dynamite bar upstairs on the seventh floor for welcome cocktails and conversation.
5:45 – 6:00 p.m. Shuttle ride from Hotel Fraye to JBJ’s or choose to walk 1.3-mile down Broadway
6:00 – 8:00p.m. Group dinner and music at JBJ’s, 405 Broadway, rooftop bar and restaurant venue in the heart of Music City.

1:00 p.m. Investment Committee Meeting in Friesian Ballroom
2:15 p.m. Executive Committee Meeting in Friesian Ballroom
4:00 p.m. A photographer will be available through the reception period for head shots.
5:00 p.m. Reception in the function area in front of the Friesian Ballroom and on the terrace.

3:15 p.m. Shuttle Available to Grand Ole Opry
3:45 p.m. Group tour of the Grand Ole Opry
6:00 p.m. Doors open for the reserved premium lounge (available to our group through intermission)
7:00 p.m. Show begins, live broadcast of both classic and current country starts at the Grand Ole Opry, Transportation will be provided following the show back to Hotel Fraye.
